Isadora: Moving through the Mansions of Experience is a three-day dance-intensive workshop where movement becomes the language of insight. The astrological houses are entered as lived, danced spaces—mansions of experience shaped by breath, gravity, rhythm, and spatial intention. Each house unfolds as an embodied field, revealing the dynamism of life in mandala through motion.
Through a Jungian lens, the houses appear as archetypal realms where instinct, memory, relationship, creativity, vocation, and mystery meet. Together they form a living mandala of becoming, known here not through interpretation, but through the body in motion.
Isadora Duncan’s movement language grounds the work. Rooted in the elemental continuum of Earth–Self–Sky, her dancing allows symbolic forces to pass through the body with clarity and conscious presence, making inner structure visible as lived space.
Laban Movement Analysis offers a subtle framework—Space, Effort, Shape, and Flow—through which movement reveals where energy gathers and transforms. Across three days, participants move through the twelve houses in guided dance and improvisation, allowing symbol to become action and experience to become embodied knowing.
