With broad strokes embodying both the lover and the warrior ethos\, she boldly established ground\, weight and force\, to deepen the sense of body-soul identity\, relationship to others and proximity to the world. Courageously fusing these discoveries on power and strength to bolster what is at the heart of art and the core of human desire\, she was able to strike an equanimity\, encompassing action and contemplation\, love and hate\, war and peace. Therein\, Duncan’s dynamism in dance serves a divine continuity for life into art. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWorkshop Locations:\nThe 92Y Harkness Dance Center\nThe Metropolitan Museum of Art\nRegistration Options:\nFull program cost: $500\nPlease contact us for registration!\nThere are no reductions for partial attendance\nJanuary Winter Study is open to General Students and Candidates in The Certificate Program in Isadora Duncan Studies I: The Training\nThe Certificate Program I is a professional training program\, leading to the Certificate in Isadora Duncan Studies and to the development of new Duncan programs internationally.
