As a prelude to the performance\, there will be a champagne reception in the Beaux-Arts mansion hosted by the Friends of Mills Mansion to benefit educational programs and ongoing restoration efforts at the Staatsburgh State Historic Site. Dr. Bresciani will be in brief conversation illuminating the rich history of Duncan in the Hudson Valley and dipping into themes of the concert.\n  \n  \n
