DESCRIPTION:Myth\, Movement & Metaphor Program \nOpen to Program Candidates and general movers of all levels. \nCombining studies in movement and writing improvisation\, choreography\, archetypal psychology and mythology \nDesigned for students from diverse fields of study\, the goal of this training is to reanimate the place of myth and the mythic imagination through exploration\, experimentation and immersion in expressive arts\, studies in movement and relevant writings on myth and symbol. With an interdisciplinary approach to their research\, and careful guidance from program faculty\, graduates will be well poised to contribute to present day conversations on myth. \nProgram Components Include: \n\nLanguage and movement improvisation\nSupervised research and written course work on literary and movement studies\nChoreographic research\nParallels to contemporary studies in archetypal psychology\n\nSchedule \nFriday\, October 29th 3pm – 7pm EDT \nSaturday\, October 30th 10am – 2pm EDT \nSunday\, October 31st 10am – 12pm  & 6:30pm – 8:30pm EDT \nPerformance and Graduation Ceremony\, Sunday\, October 31st 7:30pm to 8:30pm EDT \nTuition: $300 // Includes 12 credit hours of training \nRegister Here\n30 minute private supervision session held via Zoom available at additional fee
